"...recalibrates one’s concept of how powerful live music could and should be. "

Program

Air Max ‘97 is a singular artist in the electronic music landscape. His afect-focused productions are rich with atmosphere, texture and percussive impact.

His live set is a laboratory of rhythm and sound design, splicing reimagined versions of tracks from his back catalogue with brand new on-the-fy experiments. Combined with a visceral visual reel, the result is a daring, imaginative take on how a dancefoor can function.

Creating innovative club productions drawn from the complex rhythms of grime, footwork, and contemporary rap, Sinjin Hawke and Zora Jones craft dazzling visual environments packed with future facing music.

From boundary pushing interactive experiments to acclaimed visual albums, the pair's eclectic music is supported by enthralling projections accompanying Hawke and Jones’ high-definition club tracks - many of which make you feel like they’re moulding themselves into different shapes in front of you.

TSVI, AKA Guglielmo Barzacchini, is an Italian DJ and producer living in London; he makes functional, electronic percussive tracks with influences originating from a diverse range of music all over the world.

TSVI is a leading light of London’s rave underground scene, and is co-founder of the UK based record label Nervous Horizon, which is shaping the contemporary sound of highly percussive, stripped back, club music.

Azu Tiwaline is a producer inspired by the need to explore her origins, rooted in the Tunisian Sahara. The Call to a different sound, organic and raw, vibrating in the great spaces of the African desert where trance music resonates... Ecstatic ritual.

Uniting the bonds that connect Berber music, dub culture and techno hypnosis, Azu Tiwaline invites us to refocus on our senses and our nature. She knows how to use contrasts between light in the invisible, exploring the complexity of our emotions and the mystery that emanates from them, in a hypnotic chiaroscuro that runs through her music.

DJ Nigga Fox comes from the Portugal-based Principe Discos crew, one of the most interesting movements in European club music in recent years, a collective that blends Angolan dance rhythms with house music with completely unique results.

In late 2019 Príncipe published the supreme 'Cartas na Manga', his first full length. Beyond notions of history and African culture in Portugal and Europe, how it breathes and transforms that which is still from the streets, what the Algorithm rules and the State legislates. This work is the fruit of his genuine gesture as a composer and producer, renewing time and time again the pleasure of free crossbreeding rhythm & sound.

Adelaide’s Emily Glass is an upcoming DJ and producer, whose tracks have already been played by the likes of PAN Records Bill Kouligas. She also recently completed her first Chinese tour. Emily’s music experiments with ambient and club sounds, turning pop, hip hop, and reggaeton into an uncanny, cybernetic vision.

Slikback (real name: Freddy M Njau) is an electronic producer from Nairobi, Kenya mainly focusing on noise, bass and high intensity rhythms, taking elements from different genres like trap, techno, gqom and more to create his own unique blend.
