Can I bring my kids?
Please check each event page for specific ticket prices and what age ranges free ticketing applies to.
Can I pay with cash?
No, we are a cashless event.
What if it rains?
Illuminate Adelaide events are all-weather events and will go ahead, rain or shine. We recommend wearing adequate clothing and footwear suited to the time of year and weather conditions on the day.
How do I enter the events?
Illuminate Adelaide uses e-tickets. Venue staff will scan your mobile tickets from your phone for entry. If you prefer to print your tickets out at home, please make sure you place them in the correct recycling bin afterwards.
What time do I arrive at my event?
The starting time of each show is on your ticket. Latecomers may not be allowed entry. Illuminate Adelaide has provided approximate durations for each event (subject to change) where possible. We will continue to update our website with extra information as it comes. We would recommend arriving early to your event to ensure you’re on time.
Lost Property
If you have lost property please ring the box office number to check if it's been handed in on 1300 496 623. Lost property will be taken to the Fire Gardens box office.
COVID-19
There are currently no COVID-19 regulations or requirements to attend Illuminate Adelaide events.
