Dedicated accessible parking spaces are available throughout Adelaide CBD, near Illuminate Adelaide events.

Illuminate Adelaide takes place across the city, and is easily accessible by public transport, bus, tram, and train.
Adelaide Metro
Adelaide Metro offers a dedicated bus, train, and tram network to help you navigate Illuminate Adelaide events throughout the city. Choose the option which works best for you while accessing timetables and tickets via the Adelaide Metro planner.
Free City Connector Bus
Take advantage of the Free City Connector bus services which operate on a loop throughout the city and North Adelaide every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends.
Free City Tram
Take advantage of the Free City Tram services. See City Lights along North Terrace, Rundle Street, and Rymill Park, and save sore legs by utilising the tram stops between Adelaide Railway Station and Botanic Gardens.
E-Scooters
E-scooters are a great way to get around within the city and see City Lights. Click here for more information.
Avoid the stress of finding a park and consider catching a cab or Uber!
Taxi ranks are located on King William Street, Pulteney Street, East Terrace, outside the Casino and Railway Station on North Terrace, and in other prominent locations around the city.

If travelling to the city for Illuminate Adelaide by bike, the best routes available include the Torrens Linear Park and cycle paths along all major arterial roads.

This year, we have hand-selected nearly 40 venues across the CBD, offering exclusive special offers and hospitality for your night-time wanderings. Whether you're planning a date night, family outing, or drinks with friends, Illuminate Hosts are the perfect way to extend your night in the city.
Look out for the Illuminate Hosts neon signage, guiding you to participating venues as you move between installations.

Illuminate Pitstops
Stop in at one of our Illuminate Pitstops across the city - located at Rymill Kiosk, Lot Fourteen, Lumen Bar at Adelaide University, the State Library of South Australia, and the Art Gallery of South Australia
Each Pitstop features food trucks and vendors serving a variety of delicious eats and grab-and-go options, making them the perfect places to pause, refuel, and continue exploring Illuminate.

Outside the CBD
Take a day trip up to historic Hahndorf and Mount Barker - just 30 minutes from Adelaide via the South Eastern Freeway.
